Shipping and Returns


All our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each product is custom handmade to your specifications at our studio in Hertfordshire. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on made to measure items so please be sure of your purchase.  This is in line with the Consumer Protection Regulations We do however want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don’t hesitate to phone the studio on +44 7555 282828.

On the rare occasion you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will happily refund your purchase including the cost of sending it back to us.  It is helpful for us to know why you would like to return the goods. Once the item is back with us we will refund the full purchase price.  The item must be returned, unworn, tag intact and in perfect condition.

We recommend using the following couriers to return your parcel: UPS, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail via your local post office. If using Royal Mail, you must send back using the Special delivery service to ensure that the parcel is trackable. Please return the goods in the same box in which you received your goods with all initial postage labelling removed.
